Drive Out Hunger Golf TournamentThe Iron County Care and Share (ICCS) announces the 5th Annual “Drive Out Hunger” Charity Golf Tournament. The event is the largest annual fundraiser for the organization and is crucial in providing food pantry, emergency shelter and essential services to Iron County and surrounding areas.

The tournament is organized by a Tournament Committee, co-chaired by representatives of the Board of Directors, Kathy Wyatt and Jane Clayton.

“You might find it surprising that ICCS provided 8,612 shelter nights for 518 homeless individuals in 2015, 69 were children and 42 were over the age of 60,” said Clayton. “At ICCS we are committed to not only providing shelter for these individuals who are in crisis but educating them and helping them get back on their feet. When you donate to the ICCS golf tournament your funds will go directly to helping individuals and families in our community that are in need.”

Registration for teams is now open for the co-ed, scramble style tournament and is available online at www.careandshare-ut.org
