Empty Shelves in the Community Pantry at Care and Share

The Iron County Care and Share is asking for food donations to help fill the empty shelves of the community pantry. Partnered with the Iron County School District (ICSD), donations are accepted at any ICSD campus between September 17th – October 5th or Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the pantry. The community pantry is located at 222 West 900 North, Cedar City, Utah, 84721. Items in high need are tuna, peanut butter, canned fruit, meat and stews, cereal and crackers. The Winner is…

Our thanks to Mike Haigler of Cedar City Motor Company for his generosity and support of this donation drive for our local non-profit organizations. Thank you to each organization that shared in the fun and promoted the drive – namely, Youth Volunteer Corps (YVC) and their leader Cindy Rose for the incredible effort and infectious energy! It’s Time to Give Away a BRAND NEW Jeep!

The Iron County Care and Share (ICCS) received a brand new, 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Cedar City Motor Company. The donation was at no cost to the organization and is being used to raise funds for (10) local non-profits. The Jeep and six other prizes will be given away LIVE on Main Street during the Rotary July Jamboree on Saturday, July 14th. Help us win $3,500 for homeless teens

Iron County Care and Share needs your help to win a $3,500 grant from Missionbox. The dollars will go toward our new after school project for homeless teens in Iron County. Currently, we have over 400 homeless teens in our town and they need our help. We will offer basic needs, showers, laundry, and meals between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. in our secure shelter facilities.
