We had a group of very special volunteers pass through this morning. Sea2Sea2017 is a team riding to raise awareness of undeserved children in Mongolia, China, & Pakistan focusing on letting people across the US know about the children and the organizations serving them, specifically Alpha Communities and Shining Light-International. Allen has been with the Iron County Care and Share since May 29, 2008. As the Shelter Coordinator, he oversees the shelter monitors, the shelter kitchen and pantry and coordinates all the meals in shelter. He has a multitude of skills and can fix and/or install nearly anything that breaks. In addition to his wit, Allen has an incredible heart and willingness to assist wherever needed.
