Providing an exit from crisis

All clients of Care and Share are eligible for case management as it is the cornerstone of our programs. During these meetings the client and case manager work together to plan their exit from crisis and layout the pathway to self-sufficiency. In our amazing small town, we occasionally have the benefit to see how a client is progressing in self-sufficiency after they complete a program.
