Mission and Vision

Our job is not to judge.
Our job is not to figure out if someone deserves something.
Our job is to lift the fallen,
To restore the broken,
And to heal the hurting.

DEI

Our organization thrives when diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the forefront. We celebrate our differences, recognizing and respecting the unique experiences, beliefs, and strengths of every individual. We are committed to embracing these values in every aspect of our support and actions, fostering a stronger, more inclusive community.

Iron County Care and Share is a local, private non-profit organization committed to providing compassionate support and essential resources to individuals and families in need. Our mission is to empower those we serve with the opportunities and tools necessary to enhance their stability and achieve self-sufficiency.

We focus on assisting homeless and in need men, women, and children in Iron County, as well as those in need in Beaver, Garfield, and Kane counties. Our services extend to a diverse range of individuals, including the elderly, minorities, veterans, people with disabilities, those experiencing physical or mental health challenges, individuals with dual diagnoses, and those living in conditions unfit for human habitation.

Iron County Care and Share is dedicated to offering a clear pathway to stability for those in crisis, providing vital support for individuals who have limited access to affordable and supportive resources.
