Iron County Care and Share Supportive Services Case Management program provides case management services, at no cost*, to all low-income individuals within Iron County and the surrounding area.

Our Case Manager assists and refers individuals and families in multiple areas, including:

• budget counseling

• employment search

• life skills development

• clothing vouchers

• bus tickets

• payment for medical services

• office visit co-pays

• prescriptions

• dental services

• substance abuse evaluation

• substance abuse treatment

• food stamp application
