Build A Tiny Home Village
Building stability, dignity, and community for individuals transitioning out of homelessness.
We are working to develop a Tiny Home Village that will provide safe, stable housing for individuals who are ready to move beyond emergency shelter and take the next step toward long-term independence.
This project is about more than building small homes. It is about creating a supportive community where residents can regain stability, access resources, and continue working toward employment, education, recovery, and permanent housing.

The Tiny Home Village Project is designed to help bridge the gap between emergency shelter and long-term housing stability.
For many individuals experiencing homelessness, the path forward is not as simple as finding an available apartment. Barriers such as income instability, lack of rental history, health challenges, transportation, documentation needs, and limited affordable housing can make it difficult to move directly from crisis into permanent housing.
The Tiny Home Village will provide a safe and stable place for residents to live while continuing to access supportive services through Iron County Care & Share. By locating the village near existing shelter, pantry, and case management services, residents will be connected to the support they need while taking meaningful steps toward independence.
Why It Matters
Emergency shelter is an essential part of crisis response, but shelter alone is not the finish line.
A safe place to sleep can help someone survive the night. Stable housing can help someone rebuild their life.
The Tiny Home Village will give residents a secure foundation as they work toward goals such as employment, education, savings, health care, recovery, reunification with family, and long-term housing stability. Having a door that locks, a place to rest, and a small space to call home can make a powerful difference in someone’s ability to plan for the future.
This project is rooted in dignity. It recognizes that people need more than emergency assistance. They need stability, consistency, and the opportunity to move forward with support.
