Step 1:

The group leader or coordinator should complete the Group Volunteer Application (found below). Once submitted, a representative from Iron County Care and Share will contact you to schedule your volunteer project.

If your project is time-sensitive, please email us directly at info@careandshare-ut.org.

Step 2:

The group leader/coordinator reviews the following with all members of the group:

• ​Volunteer Policies

• Non-Disclosure Agreement

• Publicity Release Form

• Waiver and Release Form

• Code of Conduct

Step 3:

In addition, please use the Large Group Volunteer Time Sheet and turn the sheet in when your group begins and ends your project.
