All clients of Care and Share are eligible for case management as it is the cornerstone of our programs. During these meetings the client and case manager work together to plan their exit from crisis and layout the pathway to self-sufficiency.

In our amazing small town, we occasionally have the benefit to see how a client is progressing in self-sufficiency after they complete a program. We celebrate every accomplishment – sometimes with the client and sometimes from afar.

On occasion, we receive a card, note, letter or call from a client. When that happens the celebration happens promptly and it typically involves a rousing session of cheers from our team and public recognition. As you might imagine, case managers don’t enjoy much ado about ANYTHING and prefer a smile, a moment to reflect and a gleeful tear or two. If you know our case managers, they probably take a moment to identify what they will amp up for the next client.

Please take a moment to celebrate the amazing work of Lee Larson, our Housing Case Manager. Lee assisted this young adult with housing and resource connections, and as shared by the client – three years free from homelessness.

You make us proud Lee. Thank you for giving our team the opportunity to stand alongside you in advocacy and assistance.
